Norman has 10 yrs experience in supply chain, procurement & business development. He was graduated in 2010 from University of Indonesia & hold Bachelor of Industrial Engineering.

Norman started working in Management Trainee Program on 2010 at Serasi Logistics Indonesia (SELOG-Astra Logistics Group). He has in charge as an Operation Supervisor that maintain 50 trucks, driver management & operational cost analysis during 2 yrs at Marunda. Norman being point of contact for oil and gas account with sales IDR around 3,5 billion @month.

And then, he accept challenges in Q2 2012 moved to Surabaya and being an Operation & Sales Head which maintain SELOG Biggest Account in East Java Area with sales around IDR 10 billion @month. On the 3+ yrs experience, he has skills for maintain trucking asset (40 trucks) and vendor (+/- 25 trucks), forwarding, EHS, develop new stream of revenue. His successful career bring him to promote as an Account Manager in Q3 2015 that managing all operational & commercial aspects for Indonesia with sales around IDR 18 billion @month. He had experience in managing supply chain as a 3rd party logistics, procurement logistics vendor & maintaining account with profitability concern.

After 7 yrs at SELOG, Norman decide to moved from comfort zone & accept challenge from Ahlers Indonesia (Belgium forwarder) in Q1 2017 as a Supply Chain Manager for Tobacco Divison. He responsible to manage sales development domestic and international (around IDR 3 billion) & set up operational for all tobacco/cigarette customer in Indonesia. Norman also getting opportunity for benchmark to Ahlers NV at Antwerp HQ for learning how to handle tobacco product.

After 1,5 yrs, Norman move to Domestic Forwarder (Saranabhakti Timur/Niaga) in Q3 2018 & accept challenges as a Business Development Manager that handle for internal & external business aspects. Norman has cross functional function in operational, finance, procurement, sales, IT, HSE to accelerated company growth.
